Payment online (allpay)

You can make debit or credit card payments 24 hours a day, 365 days a year via the Allpay website.

What is allpay?

You will need your Gallions payment card (which contains a unique 19-digit number), a valid email address and a credit or debit card. Click here to get started or call us on 0300 123 1237 with any questions.

Download the Allpay app

Visit the Apple App Store or Google Play (formerly Android Marketplace) on your smartphone. Download the free Allpay app. Follow the onscreen steps to register and make payments.

For more information please see our Rent and service charge leaflet (pdf, 726kb)

Direct debit or standing order

To pay by direct debit please contact us. We can set this up for you and then your rent will be taken from your account automatically when your payment is due. It also means that when there's a rent increase we can automatically amend the amount you pay.

If you want to pay by standing order you'll need to complete a form which you can get from your bank. Payments will then be taken automatically when they are due but you'll need to remember to make any changes direct with your bank if your rent changes.

PayPoint (shops and post offices)

You can pay anywhere you see the PayPoint sign using your rent payment card. You can pay by cash, debit card and credit card. Shops will not accept payments by cheque but your local post office will.

By text
